We are delighted to be the Planning Consultants to an exciting project to convert the vacant St Andrews Church in Suffolk Street  in Dublin city centre to a Food Hall / Food Market on behalf of the Michael Wright Group.

The intention is to set up  different food offers in the side aisles to be  bought for take home or consumed in the central area on bench like seating. The layout intends to  reference the fantasic interior space to good effect in accourdance with best conservation practice. It will have similarities with the Time Out market in Lisbon and the English Market in Cork.

The planning application has been lodged with Dublin City Council and we await an outcome. The proposal has been devised by Joeseph Doyle Architects and Sunni Goodson Conservation Consultant.

The proposal will add a welcome amenity to this area for both locals and tourists alike. It will part of the ongoing development of Dublin City Centre into a lively and vibrant place.
